Digitalroute — ETL platform (via EPAM)

Contributed UX design to an ETL data platform, improving core features and establishing a design system foundation.

Promomash — manage trade promotions, demos, and deductions

Improved core workflows and analytics for a CPG promotion management platform—streamlining field demos, budgeting/deductions, and reporting while establishing a consistent design foundation.

• Designed core field-demo workflows (Event Details, shifts/breaks, check-in/out, approvals, “I’m demoing” mode), cutting event setup time by ~30%.
• Built dashboards and analytics (Dashboard, Demo analytics, Brand Ambassador reports, Brand Manager reports, Advanced reporting) with filter presets and mobile filters, reducing time-to-insight by ~25%.
• Streamlined budgeting and deductions (Budgeting, Deduction management, invoices, expense settings), lowering reconciliation errors.
• Improved agency and team administration (agency onboarding, per-photo/expense settings, Brand Ambassador workload, Brand Manager profile, bound companies, broker activities) for clearer ownership and faster operations.
• Polished UX and guidance (Brand Ambassador site redesign, calendar, campaign types, documents, help in profile), decreasing “how-to” support pings and speeding daily tasks.

ProductPathPro — session recording and behavior analytics

Drove the product from inception—shaping the concept, UX, and visual language—then implemented the interface in Tailwind and partnered closely with a Python developer to deliver a pre-launch MVP.

• Defined information architecture and end-to-end flows; implemented a responsive UI in Tailwind with reusable components.
• Integrated a session-recording engine with privacy controls; built reliable multi-tab capture and synchronized playback.
• Added multi-project/tenant support with a clear project switcher and scoped permissions.
• Designed usage visualizations: minute-level activity circles sized by interaction intensity and page-level aggregation.
• Introduced AI-assisted page grouping and human-readable titles from URLs/routes/events to improve findability.
• Partnered on API contracts and event schemas; wrote acceptance criteria and performed UAT on every task.
